Tax Manager
AuditLine, a well-established company providing audit, tax and accounting services is looking to hire a Tax Manager that would undertake the Tax services of the Company.
Job Duties:
Faced with a constantly changing tax environment, we are looking for an expert in tax who will be able to provide advice to clients on a wide range of tax related matters and in the long term expand the tax services of the Company.
The Tax Manager will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be in direct contact with clients supporting them on tax matters including:
The Tax Manager will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be in direct contact with clients supporting them on tax matters including:
- Ensuring that their companies are tax compliant and that the optimal tax strategy is implemented as per Cyprus and International tax law and regulations
- Providing advice on complex ad hoc advisory projects such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring etc.
- Leading tax reviews for audit of financial statement
- Monitoring legislative and regulatory tax law developments and understanding how they impact companies
- Advising clients on nation and international transfer pricing matters and the Directive on Administrative Cooperation (DAC)
- Preparing newsletters and delivering in-house trainings on major tax issues
Qualifications and Personal Characteristics:
- Minimum four years’ experience in tax advisory services
- Knowledge of the Cyprus and international tax law and regulations including:
- Corporate income tax
- Transfer pricing studies
- Directive on Administrative Cooperation (DAC)
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to work independently and willingness to work with teams
- Relevant professional qualifications will be considered as an advantage
